CEAPS practice is out-of-network with all health plans. This means that we are non-participating providers, meaning that we have no contract with the health plans to participate in their Network of Participating Providers. We will nonetheless bill your medical claims to your health insurer and our billing staff will work with these companies to obtain maximum reimbursement for your medical claim. Our billing staff is very experienced at working with health plans in dealing with out-of-network medical claims. If your claim is denied for any reason, we will appeal such denials on your behalf. We will help you navigate any obstacles or issues presented by your insurer until the medical claim is processed correctly pursuant to your plan benefits. You will be responsible for your ordinary cost share responsibility for copayments, coinsurance and deductibles.
